Sailing
We offer four divisions of sailing - Centreboard, Trailer Yacht, Keelers and Cruising.
Each division has a dedicated Convenor who organises all their events, racing and get-togethers. Centreboards and Trailer Yachts sail from our Parua Bay location and Keelers from Kissing Point.
Learn to Sail programmes are offered by Sail Northland Trust out of Parua Bay and Juniors wanting to give it a go are welcome at our Sunday sessions.

Sailing Divisions
Centreboard
The Club has a fleet of centreboard yachts that can be used, including Optimists and Open BICs. We run a full programme of events at Parua Bay for our juniors and those who want to try it. So please get in touch and we will chat about how to get involved. Club Champs are coming up on the 28th & 29th March.

Trailer Yacht
We range from the social through to competing in regional and national events. We offer racing events at Parua Bay throughout the year on Sundays and welcome new members to join us. The Women on Water weekend is great fun and offers the opportunity to give it a go plus the annual Barneys Barrell race is a club favourite.

Keeler
Keelers race out of Kissing Point with various courses throughout the Winter and Spring Series along with the popular annual Sail Rock race. We combine with our local clubs, Onerahi and Marsden.
Upcoming on Feb 21st is our popular club race Barneys Barrell. Click here for the NOR.

Cruising
If your style is more about cruising we have a like-minded community of members who adventure to destinations around New Zealand to the Islands or further afield. Our jetty's are ideal for setting up and offloading with water and power available. we are planning a cruising event in the New Year.
