The Whangarei Cruising Club Trailer Sailer Division is based in Parua Bay. A yacht storage compound is attached to the club house.
Duel betwwen a Flying Fifteen and H Evans
The Trailer Sailer fleet race every second sunday through the Winter and Spring. There is a strong fleet of Trailer Sailers plus Flying Fifteens.
Parua Bay Trailer Boat compound
The Parua Bay Compound is secure and for WCC members for a modest annual fee. The compound is adjacent the concrete boat ramp and the club has a tractor to make life easy.
A fine day on the water.
Parua Bay is a secluded bay off the Whangarei Harbour. A great place for yachting.
