Haul out is by mobile crane.  The Yard has power, water and cradles. 

The compound is security fenced with a locked gate.

Alongside the compound is a ramp/grid where boats can be launched or washed down. Restrictions apply.

There is a manual crane in the corner suitable for lifting out masts, engines etc while the boat is moored alongside.
