Club Rooms
The following is a list of hire
charges for the clubrooms of the Whangarei Cruising Cub effective March 2006
Wedding/Other Celebrations
No 21st birthday or similar celebrations are to be held at our Club
Rooms. Requests for all other types of celebration (e.g. weddings, etc.) are
welcome.
Club Members hire of the function room (lower floor) facilities
(Members to be of 2 years standing to receive this rate)
$168.75 GST inc
Occasional Meetings (e.g.Regional Council held meeting)
$168.75 GST inc
Monthly Meetings (e.g. Outboard Boating Club)
$56.25 GST inc
Daytime meetings for small groups
By negotiation
Non-Club Members hire of
function room facilities
$562.50 GST inc
Bond - Cheque held to cover breakages/cleaning
$250.00 GST inc
Bar attendant
$100.00
Special License required from WDC
$63.00
(We hold forms and can advise you your responsiblity)
All wine/beer/spirits to be purchased through our bar facilities
Our bar manager is available to discuss your requirements.
Champagne for toasts can be supplied by the hirer (including appropriate
glassware)
Supply of non-alcoholic drinks i.e. punch to be negotiated
Catering
All food required by the Hirer to
be negotiated directly with our appointed

Marijke has on hand Menus to different values. All requirement catering are
Marijke's responsibility.
Cleaning of Facility
The Function Room and facilities to
be left in a clean and tidy condition prior to leaving the clubrooms (Or by
negotiation the next day)
Vacuum cleaner/mop and cleaning supplies on site. All rubbish to be off
site.
An inspection will be held prior to the bond or part thereof is returned.
